A half-sized version of our classic blubber! The blubber on the outside of your landing zone to keep the seams between pad stacks covered. Use it to cover talus, muddy or snowy landings or to make a seamless bed in your tent or truck. This 48" x 36"" x 1” thick pad has so many handy uses, it’s hard to write them all!
It quickly folds down from its open dimensions to a compact 36" x 24" x 3” to neatly tuck under the pocket flap of our Full Pad or under our Load Flap. The half blubber Pad pad is built from super durable 1000D Cordura Nylon with a new rubberized base fabric to prevent slippage when used over other pads and on steep slab landings.
We believe our blubber and half blubber stand out from the countless copies on the market due to their extra thickness and stiffness (we use 1" of dense closed cell foam) seamless design. As heavy users of the products we dream up and use We believe the blubbers are to cover seams in landing zones and therefore should not have seams in the design for the ultimate usefulness in landing zones.
