 What will my ORGANIC gear look like?

ORGANIC Climbing Products in which you can choose colors are made one of a kind by recycling our cutting scraps in your choice of colors to build your items multi color arrangement, this allows us to offer unique artistic hand made items, recycle our fabric scraps and ensures production flow and economics for customer. Please note we are not able to guarantee designs without custom charges and email communication prior to placing order.

How long will my order take?

All of our gear is made to order per your color request. After you order we will begin cutting and sewing at once, standard orders cut and sew in 1-2 weeks from date of payment. If you are need of the item quicker please send us an email to and we can get a quote for expedited shipping for you right away.  Please note CUSTOM orders can take up to 6-8 weeks for sewing we will provide timeline during initial quote. 

Color Swatches and Color Matching?   

We do the very best we can to display the colors available in our online color tiles. Please note however that these can vary slightly by computer screen and we do not guarantee their accuracy on screens so please use them for general color guidance only. Unlike graphic design on computers or Paint, Heavy duty Textiles are not an exact science and while our Cordura Nylon Suppliers are the best in the business each dye lot (batch of fabric they make) can vary slightly. As the months and years go by we purchase alot of fabric from our suppliers and it can vary slightly in shade. While it is to their tolerance it may not be 100 percent identical to a batch months or years ago. Our goal is to make the most durable products possible and slight variance in color will in no way affect the quality or durability of the product.

 How do I request a custom design on my pad?

Please email with the pad model you would like, your shipping address and a jpeg or pdf sketch or mock up clearly detailing color requests as well as specific measurements if they are important to the design. We will take a look and be sure it is able to be made as a crash pad, and if so we will get a quote on the custom sewing charges for your order emailed back to you. If the quote works for you we will email over a Custom order form with your order details for you to fill out and pay through our website. Once payment is finalized your order will enter our production calendar. Please note because of the additional requirements for production of custom items production time is 4-6 weeks for custom design, tweaks.

What is your return policy?

At Organic, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship 100%. If you ever encounter a quality issue with the sewing of your gear please contact us immediately and we will fix it right away. Our gear is hand made by real humans and humans, no matter how perfect, from time to time make mistakes and we accept that and will gladly fix our mistakes : )
Please note since many of our items are custom made to order we are not able to accept returns do to changes of mind in color choice or layout once an order has been sewn. 
We will return or exchange unworn and unwashed clothing items for a refund of the product cost or exchange for corrected size  within 30 days of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee only return shipping for exchanges ($8 for USA orders) which you can pay with cash or check in return package or by credit card. Items must be received in NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED resalable condition or will not qualify for return/exchange service. Please note because we are a small family owned company we are not able to offer free shipping on returns.
To make an exchange:
1- Please email with your order number and exchange size requested.
2- Once we receive your email we will provide you with a return authorization number. This must be included with the shipment so we can identify your order and exchange request. Please insure your return package and ship with delivery tracking, we are not able to accept responsibility for unidentifiable packages shipped without return authorization number, or packages lost while in transit to our location.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES FINAL ON ANY SALE/Closeout Products no returns accepted on sale items.
Worn Out Gear
Even the highest quality gear will eventually wear out (it's protecting your from the abuse its taking) So we are not able to warranty normal wear and tear but we are happy to repair wear and tear at a reasonable charge. Because each piece of gear is hand made special to your order to your specifications, we are not able to accept returns based on changing of your mind after your get the product, dissatisfaction with colors or designs or unexpected life changes of customer. The item was sewn to your special color request and we are not able to resell to others. If you have a special design in mind please email for custom pricing as detailed above.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide every day and love to do so. We can ship most items at a very reasonable rate anywhere in the world through our website. We also have distributors that you can order from in many parts of the world. Some countries will have a duty or tax on delivery.

What is my package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit?

We are proud to partner with the industry leader Route Shipping insurance and offer complete package protection to our customers. We are a small independent business with a goal to offer the highest quality, custom made products at as fair of a price as possible to our wonderful customers. So we can keep our prices as fair as possible we do not build into our margin extra revenue for lost or stolen packages and if this is a concern for your shipment please do not de select Route shipping insurance  option at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our workshop and show a acceptance scan by our shipping partners. If you de select choosing the shipment insurance at checkout, ORGANIC Climbing LLC will not be liable for replacement, refund, on lost, damaged or stolen packages. Thank You.

Can I visit your Workshop?

We are happy to show customers around our workshop so if you would like to pick up an order please let us know in your order and we can contact you to arrange pick up. We request all drop ins are made by appointment only as we are a sewing workshop and do not have a retail store with pre made products.

Can I purchase replacement foam for my ORGANIC pad?

Of course! We want your pad to last many many years of happy climbing so if you would like to stiffen up a aging pad please email with your pad model/s and we can assist you with a quote on your foam needs. Please note we cut our foam to our pad sizes so are not able to offer foam for other brands of pads at this time.

Where do you build your gear?

We build all of our hard goods in our workshop in the mountains of Central Pennsylvania. We also partner with friends we have made over the years that run specialized workshops in Colorado, California and Minnesota to help us with clothing or certain items we can produce at a higher quality in their specialized workshops.

Where do you source your materials?

We purchase USA made Cordura Brand nylons for our gear. This is made in the USA a short distance from our east coast workshop. Small percentages of our materials may be imported when there is not a USA source available.
