Return Policy

At Organic, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship 100%. If you ever encounter a quality issue with the sewing of your gear please contact us immediately and we will fix it right away. Our gear is hand made by real humans and, no matter how perfect, from time to time humans make mistakes and we accept that and will gladly fix our mistakes and make it right for you and repair the product : )

    
Clearance Items/ Sale Items
We do not offer any returns on clearance or sale items. 
  
Custom Gear
Any bag, pad, or piece of gear that you choose colors for is hand made special to your orders personal specifications, we are not able to accept returns based on changing of your mind after your get the product, dissatisfaction with colors or designs or unexpected life changes of customer. The item was sewn to your special color request and we are not able to resell to others. If you have a special design in mind please email for custom pricing as detailed above before you place your order we are not able to guarantee change orders to custom after an order has been placed on our site.
  
Clothing and Stock Gear
We will return or exchange for a different size unworn and unwashed clothing items for a refund of the product cost or exchange for corrected size  within 30 days of purchase. Unused stock product for refund.
Buyer/ customer are responsible for any return shipping. Items must be received in NEW, UNWORN, UNWASHED resalable condition or will not qualify for return/exchange service.
Please note because we are a small family owned company we are not able to offer free shipping on returns.
To make clothing / stock gear exchange
1- Please email orders@organicclimbing.com with your order number and exchange size requested.
2- Once we receive your email we will provide you with a return authorization number. This must be included with the shipment so we can identify your order and exchange request. Please insure your return package and ship with delivery tracking, we are not able to accept responsibility for unidentifiable packages shipped without return authorization number, or packages lost while in transit to our location.
 3- Customer/ Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
4- Returns for refund are for product cost only minus a 5% restocking fee this is to cover the credit card fees on the order that are not returned to us by credit cards when a refund is made.
Worn Out Gear
Even the highest quality gear will eventually wear out (it's protecting your from the abuse its taking) So we are not able to warranty normal wear and tear but we are happy to repair wear and tear at a reasonable charge when the material on the product is still durable enough to hold repair work, please note sometimes the hard abuse bouldering gives to gear there is not enough durable fabric or webbing left on an item to bring it back to life. If you are in need of a repair please email us the details along with pictures of the issue to csteam@organicclimbing.com so we can take a look and be sure there is enough life left in the fabric to repair. We will then provide a quote on the repair and shipping, if you desire to continue with the repair we will send you a RA Number to include on the shipment so we can tag it with your info when we receive it : )  ***Please do not ship any gear without prior communication and authorization, because we are an active work shop we need to have RA Numbers for our organization to trace your project. For the safety of our team and our machinery we require all repairs be washed before sending in to us, any repairs received dirty or unwashed will be either charged a $50 fee for washing at our local laundry mat or can be returned for cost of shipping back.
Order Cancelations 
Credit card processing companies now are not obligated to return credit card fees on returned items, as a small independent family owned company we are not able to eat these costs for you, please note on any canceled order our standard 5% restocking fee will apply to cover the credit card fees that do not get returned from the processing companies, thank you for your understanding.
