Shipping Carriers

We ship with Fedex and USPS, Depending on package and delivery location. If you have delivery issues with either of these carriers please let us know prior to ordering so we can assist in making sure all the info needed for a safe and secure delivery is included with your shipment label. 

Expedited Shipping

All of our gear is made to order per your color request. After you order we will begin cutting and sewing at once, standard orders cut and sew in 3-5 business days (we work a 4 day work week so M-Th are business days) in most case from date of payment. If you have an extreme rush please email with your address for overnight shipping quote. Expedited shipping not available for custom designs. 


International Shipping

 We ship worldwide, if you can't find what you are looking for from one of our international partners above we will get you set up. Our website is set up to provide shipping quotes at the checkout page when you order (Before you input payment info)  If you are not able to find a shipping quote below please contact and we will get a quote for you. Please note with Covid pandemic shipping is an ever evolving beast and our shipping methods and prices can change over the week depending on local Postal Service or Fedex decisions in your specific country, we promise we are doing the very best we can from our side but like all shipments once its handed over to the carrier it is ultimately their responsibility to deliver and delays that may occur, we ask for your understanding are not the fault of our independent family business and rather the shipping carrier.  *Please note recipient will be responsible for the small import fee individual countries may or may not place on imports, we are not able to calculate these from USA.

 Lost or damaged packages

We are a small independent business with a goal to offer the highest quality, custom made products at as fair of a price as possible to our wonderful customers. So we can keep our prices as fair as possible we do not build into our margin extra revenue for lost or stolen packages and if this is a concern for your shipment please do not de select shipping protection option at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost, missing, miss delivered or stolen packages once they have left our workshop and show a acceptance scan by our shipping partners unless you select the shipment protection option with shipping at checkout. If you do select choosing the Shipment Protection at checkout, ORGANIC Climbing LLC will not be liable for replacement, refund, on lost, damaged or stolen packages. Thank You.
